Riverview Dental Clinic encourages early preventive dental care to avoid more expensive dental treatments in adulthood. WE are proudly takes part in the Commonwealth Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS).
CDBS is a dental benefits program from Medicare for eligible children aged 2 to 17 years up to $1095 for a range of basic dental service over 2 years. We bulk billed and no gap payment for eligible children.
Dental treatments available under CDBS includes:
- Dental checkups and cleaning teeth
- Fissure sealants
- Fillings
- Dental X-rays
- Extractions
- Root canal Treatment
However CDBS are not available for cosmetic or orthodontics dental work. Please speak to our friendly staff or contact Medicare Australia website for eligibility.
